Acceptance Of Terms
By accessing or using XTRO Social, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. XTRO Social is a product developed by ANXZONE. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform or website.
Platform Usage
XTRO Social provides tools for social media publishing, analytics and growth. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and third-party platform policies.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Connected Social Accounts
You must have the right to connect and manage any social, advertising, or design accounts linked to XTRO Social, including Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts, LinkedIn Pages, and Canva accounts. You authorize XTRO Social to access and process data from connected accounts solely to deliver the services you request. We are not responsible for actions taken on third-party platforms through your connected accounts.
LinkedIn Integration
XTRO Social offers optional integration with LinkedIn through LinkedIn's APIs. When you connect LinkedIn, you authorize XTRO Social to access and process your LinkedIn data only to provide features you request, such as connecting a LinkedIn Page, publishing posts, and retrieving analytics. LinkedIn is a third-party service governed by LinkedIn's own terms and policies. ANXZONE is not responsible for LinkedIn service availability, LinkedIn account restrictions, or platform enforcement actions. You may disconnect LinkedIn at any time from XTRO Social settings or revoke access from your LinkedIn account settings where you manage permitted services or connected applications.
Canva Integration
XTRO Social offers optional integration with Canva through Canva's Connect APIs. When you connect Canva, you authorize XTRO Social to access your Canva account only to provide design features you request, such as creating or editing designs, exporting images, and attaching exported content to posts or your media library. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use any designs, images, fonts, elements, or other content created in Canva and published through XTRO Social. Canva is a third-party service governed by Canva's own terms and policies. ANXZONE is not responsible for Canva service availability, Canva account issues, or content restrictions imposed by Canva. You may disconnect Canva at any time from XTRO Social settings or revoke access from your Canva account.
Data Usage
Data received from connected accounts is used only to provide XTRO Social features to you, such as scheduling content, publishing posts, viewing engagement metrics, monitoring account performance and analyzing advertising results. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details. This includes data received from LinkedIn when you use LinkedIn publishing or analytics features and data received from Canva when you use design features.
Subscription & Billing
Paid plans (Lite, Team and Enterprise) are billed as recurring monthly or yearly subscriptions according to the pricing selected at signup or checkout. Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Fees for an active billing period are non-refundable except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Intellectual Property
XTRO Social and its content, features and branding are owned by ANXZONE. You retain ownership of content you create and publish through the platform.
Content Ownership & Copyright
Users are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights, licenses and permissions for any images, photographs, videos, audio files, designs, graphics, logos or other content uploaded, scheduled or published through XTRO Social. XTRO Social and ANXZONE are not responsible for any copyright, trademark or intellectual property violations related to user-submitted content. This includes content created with Canva and exported or published through XTRO Social.
Limitation Of Liability
XTRO Social is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, ANXZONE is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may cancel your subscription or account at any time as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases. To request deletion of your data, see our Data Deletion Instructions.
Changes To Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of XTRO Social after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
