Welcome to ANXZONE. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. ANXZONE operates SocialOps, a social media management platform that helps businesses connect and manage their social media accounts from one dashboard.
This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect personal data when you visit our website, create a SocialOps account, or connect third-party services that you authorize, including Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts, LinkedIn Pages, Canva accounts, and related advertising accounts.
2. Data We Collect
We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together as follows:
- Identity Data: includes first name, last name, username or similar identifier.
- Contact Data: includes email address and telephone numbers.
- Technical Data: includes internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location.
- Usage Data: includes information about how you use our website, products and services.
Connected Account Data
When you authorize SocialOps to access a connected social or advertising account, we may receive data from that third-party platform. This may include:
- Account identifiers, names and profile information
- Posts, media, captions and scheduled content you create or manage through SocialOps
- Engagement metrics such as likes, comments, shares, reach and impressions
- Advertising account data, campaign information and performance metrics
- Access tokens required to maintain your authorized connection
Facebook and Instagram Data
If you connect Facebook or Instagram accounts to SocialOps, we may receive platform data from Meta, including:
- Facebook Page and Instagram Business account identifiers, names and profile information
- Content you schedule or publish through SocialOps to connected Pages or accounts
- Insights and engagement data such as reach, impressions, likes and comments
- Advertising account identifiers, campaign details, spend and performance metrics
- OAuth tokens needed to maintain your authorized connection until you disconnect or revoke access
LinkedIn Data
If you connect a LinkedIn account or LinkedIn Page to SocialOps, we access LinkedIn data only with your authorization. Depending on the permissions you grant and the features you use, we may receive and process:
- LinkedIn Page identifiers and names (to display which Page is connected)
- Basic account or organization information needed to manage your connection
- Posts and media you create, schedule, or publish through SocialOps to LinkedIn
- Page and post analytics or engagement metrics available through LinkedIn APIs
- OAuth access tokens required to maintain your authorized connection until you disconnect or revoke access
We use LinkedIn data only to provide SocialOps services you request such as connecting your Page, publishing content, and viewing performance metrics. We do not sell LinkedIn data or use it for unrelated purposes.
Canva Data
If you connect a Canva account to SocialOps, we access Canva data only with your authorization through Canva's Connect APIs. Depending on the permissions you grant, we may receive and process:
- Canva user identifier and display name (to show which Canva account is connected)
- Design identifiers and design content needed to open, edit, export, or attach designs to your posts
- Exported image files (for example PNG) that you choose to import into SocialOps
- OAuth access and refresh tokens required to maintain your authorized connection
We use Canva data only to provide design features inside SocialOps, such as opening the Canva editor, returning to SocialOps after editing, exporting designs, and attaching exported images to posts or your media library. We do not use Canva data for advertising, profiling, or resale.

3. How We Use Your Data
We use personal data and connected account data only to provide SocialOps services to the client who authorized access. Specifically, we use data to:
- Connect and manage Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts and advertising accounts you authorize
- Connect and manage LinkedIn Pages you authorize and publish content to LinkedIn
- Connect your Canva account, create or edit designs in Canva, export designs, and attach exported images to social posts or your SocialOps media library
- Schedule, publish and manage social media content on your behalf
- Display engagement metrics, account performance and advertising results in your dashboard
- Provide customer support, account notifications and service improvements
- Maintain security, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal data or platform data. We do not use your data for purposes unrelated to delivering SocialOps services to you.
4. Data Sharing and Retention
We may share data with trusted service providers who help us operate SocialOps (such as hosting and infrastructure providers). These providers are contractually required to protect your data and use it only to deliver services to us.
When you use Canva features, we communicate with Canva's APIs to perform actions you request (such as creating designs or exporting images). We do not share your Canva tokens or account data with other customers or unrelated third parties.
When you use LinkedIn features, we communicate with LinkedIn's APIs to perform actions you request (such as connecting a Page, publishing posts, or retrieving analytics). We do not share your LinkedIn tokens or account data with other customers or unrelated third parties.
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. When you disconnect an account, revoke access, or request deletion, we delete or anonymize associated data within 30 days unless a longer retention period is required by law.
5. Data Security
We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. Canva OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted on our servers and are not exposed in the client application or browser.
6. Disconnecting Accounts and Data Deletion
You can disconnect linked accounts at any time from your SocialOps account settings. For Facebook or Instagram connections, you can also revoke SocialOps from your Facebook account settings under Business Integrations or Apps and Websites.
For LinkedIn connections, you can disconnect SocialOps from your SocialOps account settings at any time. When you disconnect, we delete stored LinkedIn OAuth tokens and connection details from our systems. You can also revoke access from your LinkedIn account settings where you manage permitted services or connected applications.
For Canva connections, you can disconnect SocialOps from your SocialOps account settings at any time. When you disconnect, we delete stored Canva OAuth tokens and connection details from our systems. You can also revoke SocialOps access from your Canva account under Authorized apps in Canva settings.
Exported design images you imported into SocialOps may remain in your media library or scheduled posts until you delete them. Deleting your SocialOps account or requesting data deletion will remove associated Canva connection data and related stored content according to our Data Deletion Instructions.
To request deletion of your SocialOps account and associated data, follow the instructions on our Data Deletion Instructions page or email info@anxzone.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will process verified requests within 30 days.
